Transportable Buildings

The fastest, safest, and most cost-effective infrastructure solution.

A free-standing structure is one that requires no foundations. We offer a range of engineer-certified free-standing structures, designed for C2 Cyclone conditions and specific to Northern Region requirements. These structures require no site excavation or on-site concrete works and are safe to occupy as soon as they arrive on-site. This provides immediate infrastructure at the lowest installed cost with the least amount of resources compared to any other building system.

Our range of MAX BUILD TRANSPORTABLES include:

The MAX CHASSIS – Innovation at the Core

Patent-pending engineered sub-frame with integrated concrete elements

Our free-standing structures are built on our proprietary, patent-pending Max Chassis. The Max Chassis is an engineered sub-frame with integrated concrete elements. The mass of the chassis is designed to provide sufficient bearing for the superstructure fixed to it, ensuring compliance with specified wind load classifications.

Our Max Chassis enables the delivery of relocatable structures that meet regional requirements as built-off transport at your site.

FAQs

The cost benefits of the Max Chassis are easy to recognize. With our free-standing structures, you do not have to incur the cost or time expenses associated with concrete foundations or precast concrete sleeper blocks.

We build transportable buildings directly on the Max Chassis, so they arrive at your site fully built. This means no additional construction is required—simply connect services, and the building is ready for occupancy.

These are genuine plug-and-play buildings, eliminating delays and reducing overall project costs.

The Max Chassis extends beyond standard structures. It supports complex modular buildings and large igloo-dome structures that are capable of housing ultra-class mining equipment in Region C2 areas of Australia.
We provide safe, efficient site infrastructure solutions with:

  • No excavation
  • No on-site concrete works
  • Minimal lifting, plant, and labour resources
  • Shortest construction duration possible
